This wine is vinified and aged with an oxidative process and moderate skin contact. Expressive and complex bouquet of peach, white flowers, tropical fruit with a pleasant oxidative nuttiness. Rich, dry, Impressive.

The Producer:

The Maturana brothers have successfully combined a variety of factors to produce clean, highly aromatic and unforgettable cuvées of natural wines. Jose Ignacio is a seasoned winemaker, former technical director of one of the largest Chilean producers, but he found real purpose in this family project: working with very old vines, small-scale and organic agriculture, preserving vineyards of heritage grapes, making small amounts of remarkable wines.
