The Producer:
A few kilometers away from the town of Saint Emilion sits Château Fongaban, an estate dating back to the 17th century. Owner and winemaker Pierre Taix crafts wines that reflect his commitment to traditions and the respect of the vineyard's biosystem. The entire vineyard is certified organic. This philosophy, combined with hard work, brings out the best of the privileged terroir: bold and honest wines with an authentic personality.
