Ripe pear and peach with floral undertones and subtle brioche notes. The fine bubbles and the bouquet are quite reminiscent of a classic Champagne Brut. Dry and fresh.

Bodega Sumarroca is strongly attached to the age-old winemaking traditions of the Penedés region, the heart of top quality cavas. This, combined with their innovative spirit and hedonistic Mediterranean philosophy makes freshness, elegance and smoothness their specialty. Cavas are made following the same winemaking principles as in Champagne, with a secondary fermentation in bottle that results in fine and elegant bubbles.
