Tasting Notes:

A multilayered bouquet that opens up greatly. Dominated by blackberries and dark cherries with notes of graphite and licorice. Fantastic chewy texture with well-integrated tannins.

The Producer:

This estate is simply something else. Example: there's an 8000 year-old circular stone arrangement in the Domaine in the middle of which their draft horses go rest and get some good old Celtic magic after a day's work! The same family has been running the estate for over 500 years and the soils have never seen any kind of pesticides. There is absolutely no compromise on quality, and some of their winemaking techniques are unparalleled.
