Tasting Notes:

On the nose we find kumquat and other citrus, with notes of crushed almonds and nectarine. Bone-dry with very bright acidity, balanced by a persisting aroma of candied fruit.

The Producer:

Bruno Lafon was born in Meursault, Burgundy, in the family estate of Domaine Des Comtes Laton, a small but legendary producer of very high-end Burgundian wines. It goes without saying that he has an exceptional understanding of Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. In Languedoc he found a new frontier with perfect climate and soils to develop several cuvées of top-quality wines without the excessive cost of land now found in Burgundy.
