Complex and rich bouquet of roasted apple, quince and lilies, with notes of hazelnuts and honey. Rich texture and great density yet very refreshing with a long mineral finish.

The Producer:
This Domaine has been in the Gautheron family for 6 generations. It is a small estate producing highly mineral Chablis. Their vines grow on the reputed Kimmeridgian soils found in higher concentration in the best parts of Chablis. The wines are vinified and aged in stainless steel vats and concrete eggs, for a crisp and exemplary style of Chablis. Only the Chablis Grand Cru, with greater richness, is partially aged in French oak barrels.
