About Swill

Nestled in El Pueblo, Swill is what happens when two people who love wine decide to create the kind of place they'd want to hang out. We've got Costa Rica's biggest natural wine selection, a breezy patio, and zero wine snobbery.

Corrie and Renzo built Swill on a simple idea: only stock bottles we'd drink ourselves. Every wine here passed our "would we open another?" test. A lot didn't make the cut. Some did.

We source from small producers who care about their craft. That means hunting down bottles from Italian hillsides, French valleys, and California garages – then figuring out how to get them to Nosara.

Grab a glass by the fountain. Challenge someone to a game of chess. Read that book you've been meaning to start. The wine is just one part of what makes this place special.
